University Strategic Analysis Board
is the University's auxiliary think tank unit, subordinate to the rector.
Board's main function is to advise the rector on the future of the University, in particular its role, organization, and tasks. The analyzes conducted by the Board and the proposals for solving problems related to the future of the University take into account the changes taking place in the world, with particular emphasis on the social responsibility of scientific institutions and their cultural and educational role. In its activities, the Board cooperates with the relevant units of the University and uses the expertise of external institutions.
The tasks of the Board include:
- co-creating a long-term scientific and institutional development strategy of the University, taking into account its social responsibility and culture-forming role;
- co-creating a long-term internationalization strategy of the University, both in the field of research and education;
- co-creating a communication policy to improve communication inside the University and with external institutions, as part of the implementation of the adopted mission and strategy of the University;
- analyzing the organizational structure of the University from the point of view of its ability to implement its mission and strategy;
- coordinating communication with external institutions supporting the University in evaluation activities;
- cooperation with the International Advisory Board of the University as part of the coordination of the final evaluation of the implementation of the Excellence Initiative - Research University program at the University.
